For our branch in Aarberg BE, we are looking for a Sales Assistant Artistic Materials (80%) from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Advising our customers when purchasing artistic materials as well as books and picture frames
• Responsibility for a department including ordering
• Operating the customer service
• Operating the cash register (touchscreen)
• Shelf maintenance
• Assisting with goods receipt and stocking

Your profile

• Training and/or solid professional experience in retail (preferably specialised paint trade / stationery)
• Confident handling of ERP systems (e.g. Navision) as well as common Office programmes
• Good language skills in German and French (possibly bilingual)
• Independence, clear communication and a strong customer orientation
• Team spirit and reliable working style - even with higher workloads
