You support residents in daily life activities while respecting their pace. You promote their social integration within the establishment and collaborate with families and relatives to maintain a quality partnership.

Your responsibilities

• Support residents in daily life activities and promote their autonomy,
• Contribute to the care plan and provide assistance, support and recreational services,
• Ensure well-being, posture, comfort and pressure sore prevention,
• Promote social integration within the establishment and externally,
• Reliably report observations,
• Respect hygiene standards and best practices,
• Participate in continuous improvement and propose optimisation measures,
• Organise your work according to the schedule and ensure a clean and safe environment,
• Collaborate with families and positively represent the establishment,
• Ensure smooth communication within the team

Profile sought

• Some experience in supporting people
• Knowledge of dementia desired
