"Zäme witercho" - At Zentrum Schlossmatt, around 300 employees from various fields dedicate themselves daily to the well-being of 186 residents. Our nursing centre specialises in the complex care of people with multiple impairments, dementia care, as well as short stays for transitional or rehabilitation care. In addition to our diverse therapy offerings, under our roof you will also find a day centre, a daycare centre, and a restaurant for intergenerational encounters. We are looking for a Deputy Head of Nursing Team to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks as deputy team leader ##

• Responsibility for leading and further developing the nursing team of around 25 employees, including conducting team meetings and participating in handovers
• Planning and organisation to ensure smooth departmental operations
• Responsibility for daily operations as well as taking on daily and/or house responsibility 
• Implementation and active shaping of the nursing process for residents with medium to severe care needs, including primary nursing
• Execution and coordination of treatment care as well as professional implementation of medical-technical tasks
• Professional execution of nursing measures and documentation using electronic systems (CareCoach)
• Evaluation and optimisation of nursing processes, e.g. in the role of RAI coordinator or RAI supervisor
• Promotion of interdisciplinary exchange and participation in specialist committees and projects.

You bring with you ##

• Completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH or equivalent qualification 
• Experience in long-term care 
• Several years of leadership experience an advantage
• Interest in the further development of long-term care topics
• RAI knowledge or willingness to undertake further training in this area
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration in a dynamic environment
• Team spirit, openness and high social and professional competence
