Senior Lead - Golf Footwear Product Management

This role entails end-to-end obsession of the golf footwear product line. From briefing, to market insights, to color stories, to sales handoff this role covers it all. The role entails strategic collaboration across apparel, accessories and other key verticals that are critical to the success of the product line.

The Senior Lead will report to the Head of PM Tennis & Golf on the Global Product Strategy team.

Your Mission

• Deliver world-class briefing expertise that combines product vision, business acumen, and an ability to speak to both left and right brained x-functional team members.

• High affinity for creative storytelling & creating product for high performing athletes

• Ability to present in a clear and concise manner to the cross functional leadership team, field teams and sales.

• Bring a keen, industry-defining product eye to even the smallest detail that brings experience, value, and innovation to life through the lens of the consumer.

• Ability to work with excellence in a fast-paced, ever-changing, passionate product environment with an ability to prioritize and uphold the greater footwear strategy.

Your Story

• High understanding of the game of Golf and the Golf footwear marketplace.

• Deep experience as a footwear product manager. Experience creating long-range product plans that outline the size of the opportunity, target consumer, experience, and sky investment. Must welcome collective feedback from the cross-functional leadership team.

• Natural affinity to lead cross-functional teams with decisive precision while creating an inclusive, open environment that values recommendations and suggested action across the team.

• Willingness to span outside daily product requirements to champion an environment conducive to optimism, that drives clarity and proactive decision making.

• Ability to take calculated risks in pursuit of consumer-right innovation that spans mountain top to city streets.
• Drive the creation of a truly global product line that speaks to all regions.

Your Team

This individual will be joining a highly dedicated team focused on the pursuit of the industry’s most premium, dynamic, and industry-defining product line. The larger team brings expertise in design, development, testing, engineering, color and materials design as well as innovation. This individual will be tasked to bring out the best of each functional group for the greater good of the product line.
