Our charming 3-star superior hotel with 18 rooms offers a cosy atmosphere where our guests feel at home. The BÄRENSTOBE, our fine-dining restaurant (45 seats), as well as the TAVERNE (35 seats) and the Lehnerstobe (45 seats) for events invite you to culinary delights and special occasions.

HUUS LÖWEN 1878

In this elegant 4-star hotel with 24 rooms, we pamper our guests with traditional Swiss cuisine in the LÖWENSTOBE (50 seats) and create unforgettable experiences in the Löwensaal for events. The spacious outdoor area offers space for up to 80 guests and provides a perfect setting to enjoy.

In 2025, we opened our luxurious 5-star superior hotel HUUS QUELL with 30 rooms and suites. Since then, our guests have enjoyed not only the unique RESTAURANT QUELL with a sharing concept but also an impressive wellness and treatment area in the QUELL SPA over 2,200 m² as well as the stylish BOTANICUM BAR.

• Professional responsibility for the areas of Marketing & PR

• Creative and content responsibility for the social media channels

• Support and implementation of digital marketing activities in collaboration with various agencies and partners

• Support and implementation of traditional offline marketing activities in collaboration with various agencies and partners

• Assessment, support and follow-up of enquiries from journalists and influencers as well as provision of press information

• Contribution of ideas and creativity for the continuous development of new projects

• Member of the Revenue & Forecast team as an expert for online traffic and the entire digital marketing environment of the Appenzeller Huus

• Maintenance and updating of hotel-relevant content, media and links on websites (consortia, OTAs, tour operators, memberships, partners, tourism organisations)

• Know the products of the Appenzeller Huus and the standards in order to present them confidently during house tours as a representative of the house

*

• Support of online reputation management

*

• Compliance with hotel-specific CI/CD standards as well as quality management (CMS)

• Completed hotel management school or degree in tourism and/or marketing

*

• High level of creativity and inventiveness

*

• Confident handling of digital media and current marketing tools

• Basic knowledge of SEO, metasearch and web design

*

• Good graphic understanding as well as initial experience with common content management systems

• Basic knowledge in handling InDesign, possibly also video editing programmes, as well as common MS Office programmes

• Enjoyment of social media channels and content creation
