F&B Marketing Specialist

Purpose of This Role

We are looking for a hands-on and highly organized F\&B Marketing Specialist to join the Avolta Switzerland Marketing team. Ideally, you are available to join us full-time from December until April and would continue in the role at a 50% workload thereafter. You will manage the day-to-day marketing execution for our Food \& Beverage stores at Zurich Airport, working closely with F\&B Operations, Zurich Airport and external partners.

Your responsibilities

• Manage campaigns, promotions, product launches and seasonal communication for Zurich Airport F\&B stores.
• Coordinate menus, pricing updates, digital screens and point\-of\-sale materials, ensuring all information is accurate and implemented on time.
• Support restaurant openings, reopenings and refurbishments with the required menus, signage and launch communication.
• Brief and coordinate creative agencies, printers, suppliers, and digital\-content partners.
• Work closely with F\&B Operations and Zurich Airport stakeholders to deliver customer\-facing marketing activities.
• Maintain the F\&B marketing calendar and track activities, deadlines, and implementation.

Your profile

• Experience in marketing, trade marketing, hospitality, retail or F\&B marketing.
• Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Hands\-on, proactive and comfortable managing several priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
• Confident working with operational teams, agencies and external stakeholders.
• Very good German and English; French and/or Italian are an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience with digital screens or content\-management platforms is a plus.
