Accountant / Finance Assistant – Switzerland

Your Responsibilities

• Support daily accounting and finance activities for our Swiss operations
• Process supplier invoices, assist with accounts payable and receivable, and prepare payments
• Perform bank reconciliations and check employee expense claims
• Assist with monthly and year\-end financial closing
• Prepare financial reports, reconciliations and supporting documents
• Support coordination with external Swiss accounting and tax advisors on VAT, tax filings and statutory reporting
• Collect and organize documents and data for external reporting and audits
• Assist with budgeting, cash\-flow monitoring and cost analysis
• Maintain accurate and complete financial records in SAP and other internal systems
• Support Group Finance with reporting and reconciliation
• Assist with improving internal finance processes and other day\-to\-day finance tasks

Your Profile

• Native Chinese speaker — mandatory
• Fluent in both and English, written and spoken — mandatory
• Valid Swiss work permit or existing right to work in Switzerland — mandatory; no visa or work permit sponsorship is available
• Degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Initial experience in accounting or finance, including internships, is preferred; recent graduates with strong accounting fundamentals are also welcome
• Knowledge of Swiss accounting, VAT and tax requirements is an advantage
• Experience with SAP is preferred
• Excel skills
• Detail\-oriented, reliable and well organized
• Willing to learn and able to work independently with appropriate guidance
• Comfortable collaborating with external accountants, tax advisors and colleagues across different teams
• Automotive or retail industry experience is an advantage
