We are currently recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a PR & Communications Specialist to support the development and execution of communication, media relations and brand visibility initiatives across the Swiss market.

Responsibilities :

-Media Relations

• Implement corporate communication strategies at a local market level.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, media outlets, content creators, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and generate positive media coverage.
• Manage media inquiries, interview requests, and press-related activities.

-Events & Public Relations

• Organize and coordinate press events, product launches, media briefings, and other PR initiatives.
• Support media participation at international events and coordinate local event execution.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, conferences, and corporate functions.

-Content Development & Communications

• Adapt global communication plans for local market needs.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, key messaging documents, speeches, and other communication materials.
• Support the creation of content for events, media activities, and communication campaigns.

-Influencer & Digital Communications

• Support the development and execution of influencer engagement strategies.
• Identify, manage, and grow relationships with relevant influencers and content creators.
• Contribute to digital communication initiatives and social media-related activities.

-Performance Monitoring & Budget Management

• Track communication and PR performance metrics and provide regular reporting.
• Analyze results and recommend improvements to maximize impact and effectiveness.
• Monitor and manage budgets related to communications, PR, and media activities.

-Agency & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate and manage external agencies and service providers across communications, public relations, events, and influencer marketing activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with business objectives.

Profile :

• Proven experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Media Relations, or a related field.
• Established network within the Swiss media landscape and strong understanding of the local communications environment.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills in German, French and English
• Willing to travel frequently nationally & international (mainly within Europe)
