What you will do

• Ensure professional and needs-based care of our residents
• Take on shift responsibility
• Support trainees in nursing education
• Ensure medical rounds are conducted correctly
• Point of contact for relatives, doctors, social services, and legal guardians

What we expect from you

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Joy, empathy, and patience in dealing with elderly people
• Knowledge of easyDOK and BESA applications is an advantage
• Good German language skills, spoken and written (level B2)
• Returnees are warmly welcome
