For our team of specialists we are looking for a:

Your tasks

• Comprehensive care and support of our residents within your area of expertise
• Ensuring a professional nursing process in collaboration with the team
• Planning, supervising and assessing apprentices in Health Specialist EFZ
• Conducting educational and appraisal interviews according to the training regulations
• Promoting a learning-friendly environment and imparting specialist knowledge in daily nursing care
• Contributing to the further development of training practice and quality assurance

Your profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Trainer course (according to SVEB or equivalent) or the desire to further your education
• Professional experience in long-term care
• Enjoyment in supporting and promoting young people
• Responsible, empathetic and team-oriented personality
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
