Its Global Digital Consumer Experience team is growing, and it is looking for an analyst who can connect data and business to help the team make smarter, faster decisions.Description du poste--------------------* Analyse data from the different digital consumer channels and connect them to build a complete view of performance* Turn data into findings, figures and actionable insights for the team and the brands* Feed the team's digital learning agenda, on its own activities as well as on competitors and the market* Answer business questions faster and more comprehensively, working closely with stakeholders at different levels* Build and maintain dashboards and visualisations that support decision-makingProfil recherché-----------------* 5 to 7 years of experience in data analysis, ideally in a direct-to-consumer environment (registration, loyalty or segmentation data)* A hybrid profile: comfortable with data and platforms, and just as comfortable with business discussions* Strong skills in Power BI and SQL; Python and Snowflake are a plus* Experience with a customer data platform is an asset* A cross-channel view of digital, rather than a specialisation in a single channel* Curious, with an experimenting mindset and the ability to translate complex data into clear messages* Fluent English is essentialWhat is offered* A visible role in a global team, close to the business* A hybrid setup, with around three days a week on site in Geneva* An international and stimulating environment*Applicants must be based in Switzerland or nearby and hold a valid Swiss work permit.*jpid3bd26f0jm jpit1044jm jpiy26jm
