Tasks ##

We are a medium-sized, well-structured, modern horticultural company. We have been active in all areas of horticulture for over 55 years.

To complement our team, we are looking for a Clerk & Assistant Gardener-Site Manager (80 -100%) to start immediately or by arrangement.

You are a trained gardener with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) and want to apply your expertise in the office in the future? For this varied position, we are looking for a motivated individual with ideally several years of professional experience after training. As a link between the construction site and the office, you support our site managers in the successful execution of demanding horticultural projects.

Your tasks include

• Supporting the site manager
• Independent administrative assistance and preparation
• If interested, accompanying the apprentice training as deputy
• Participation in the further development of digitalisation

Your requirements

• Professional experience as a gardener
• IT skills (Office, Baubit Pro) advantageous
• Independent, clean and efficient working style
• Team player and flexible
• Conscientious, communicative and friendly personality
• High commitment and seasonally fluctuating working hours are no problem for you
• Very good German skills - spoken and written
