Customer Service Specialist, Scheduling \& Cell Logistics 100% (Ref. 2814) - fluent in German

In this versatile role, you will play a key part in coordinating and monitoring patient-related therapy processes, ensuring a seamless flow of information and operations. You will collaborate closely with treatment centers, Patient Services, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial teams, and other internal and external stakeholders.

Your main tasks

• Coordinate and monitor therapy and treatment schedules for assigned treatment centers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling and logistics\-related inquiries
• Ensure an efficient end\-to\-end process throughout the entire patient journey
• Maintain and manage relevant data and information within the appropriate systems
• Analyze and resolve process deviations and initiate appropriate corrective actions
• Support the handling of inquiries related to planning and portal solutions
• Contribute to projects and the continuous improvement of processes and workflows

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or at least 3 years of professional experience within the pharmaceutical industry in customer service, patient services, account management, logistics or supply chain
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• High level of customer and service orientation with a professional demeanor
• Independent, structured, and solution\-oriented working style
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset when working with diverse stakeholders
• Fluent in German and English is required, along with fluency in either French, Spanish or Italian.
