Project Assistant - Programme Implementation, Marketing and Communications (80-100%)

Your tasks ##

• Support the Phi-Lab Programme Managers in the implementation and coordination of their programmes 
• Independently organise workshops, conferences and outreach activities 
• Develop and implement marketing and communication activities for a primarily scientific and technical audience 
• Create information and communication materials for online and offline channels 
• Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders

Your profile ##

• Education or further training in marketing and communications, project or programme management, law, finance or a related field 
• Practical experience in at least one of these areas 
• Very good command of MS Office; experience with SharePoint, MS Teams and AI tools is an advantage 
• Structured, independent and proactive approach to work 
• Enjoy working in a small, dynamic team; an interest in space technology and innovation is an advantage 
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
