Your area of responsibility

In the evening you are at home! During the day, as a relief driver, you transport all building materials from our warehouse directly to our customers' construction sites. Using the loading crane, you carefully unload the materials. You also collect materials from our suppliers. As a relief driver, you support dispatch if needed and contribute to efficient deployment planning of drivers, vehicles and transport equipment. You assist with route planning and work preparation, coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs, organise external transport capacities if necessary, and ensure smooth information flow between the driving service, customers and dispatch.

Your profile

You are a road transport specialist with the appropriate driving licence, professional experience and are accustomed to operating a loading crane. You enjoy being on the road daily to deliver to our customers promptly and reliably. Good geographical knowledge of the greater Bern area is essential. As a frontline employee, you maintain a helpful and friendly manner with our customers. Your sociable and open nature forms the ideal basis for this role. Furthermore, you have organisational talent, keep an overview even in hectic situations, and have interest and ideally initial experience in dispatch, route planning or deployment coordination. Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as good physical condition complete your profile.
