NonStop Consulting is growing its Lucerne office, and we-re looking for German or French speakers to join us as Trainee Recruitment Consultants.

With a base salary plus uncapped commission, you can build a career where winning clients and making placements directly increases your earnings. There is no commission ceiling limiting what you can achieve.

You-ll also work closely with our CEO and a consultant who has generated over one million in annual billings, giving you the opportunity to learn directly from people who know how to build a successful recruitment business.

No recruitment experience is required. We provide full training and ongoing coaching. You bring the ambition, resilience and willingness to learn.

What you-ll do ###

Recruitment at NonStop is a sales career built around winning business and developing relationships. You-ll learn to manage the whole recruitment process, from your first conversation with a prospective client to successfully placing a candidate.

• Develop new business: Contact companies, understand their hiring needs and win opportunities to support them.
• Build your network: Speak with professionals in your specialist market, understand their ambitions and introduce relevant opportunities.
• Manage recruitment processes: Arrange interviews, negotiate offers and guide clients and candidates through hiring decisions.
• Become a market specialist: Build the knowledge and relationships to become a trusted recruitment partner.

Expect plenty of time on the phone, clear targets and a fast paced environment where persistence makes a difference.
