TASKS

• Independent execution of high-quality dental treatments.
• Professional and personal leadership of the dental team.
• Support, coaching, and promotion of dentists in their professional development.
• Ensuring high-quality patient care in compliance with our quality standards.
• Close collaboration with clinic management for the continuous development of the clinic.
• Participation in the recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new dentists.
• Promotion of a positive team culture as well as open and appreciative cooperation.
• Analysis and optimisation of clinical processes and implementation of improvement measures.
• Responsibility for achieving the qualitative and economic goals of the clinic.

PROFILE

• Completed dental studies with Swiss recognition (MEBEKO).
• Valid professional practice licence or the requirements to obtain one.
• Several years of professional experience as a dentist.
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage; motivated individuals with leadership potential are also welcome.
• High social competence and enjoyment in leading and developing employees.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and sense of responsibility.
• Strong communication skills and team orientation.
• Very good German skills; additional languages are an advantage.
