Cybersecurity Business Manager

You drive cybersecurity strategy and risk management for a technology product portfolio, working closely with product and security teams on compliance and governance.

Tasks

• Drive implementation and evolution of cybersecurity strategies across the product portfolio
• Support product teams in translating regulatory and customer cybersecurity requirements
• Monitor regulatory and legal developments and represent the unit in working groups
• Assess cybersecurity risks and ensure appropriate mitigation actions are taken
• Coordinate cybersecurity governance and guidance in alignment with security officers
• Represent the unit in internal and external cybersecurity forums and committees
• Support coordination of incident and vulnerability handling activities

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity
• Experience in cybersecurity roles across IT, OT, and/or product and solution security
• Good understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as IEC 62443, ISO27001, CRA, NIS2
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a global matrix organization
• Fluent in English
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP or CISM are a plus
