• Management of the workshop and customer service at the Hägendorf site
• Responsible for achieving targets and utilisation of the site
• Support of team leaders and ensuring smooth daily operations
• Planning of personnel, orders and resources including deployment and scheduling
• Participation in customer service
• Monitoring order execution, quality, safety and adherence to deadlines
• Active customer care and customer acquisition

What do you need to feel comfortable in the position?

• Completed basic technical training as an automotive mechatronics technician (automotive specialist advantageous)
• Further training as an automotive diagnostician, service advisor or workshop coordinator
• Business management or comparable further training advantageous
• Experience in a leadership, coordination or service role
• Industry experience advantageous (workshop, transport or service sector)
• High customer and service orientation
