At our site in Bern and to strenghten our Commercial Department and Account Management we are looking for:

B2B Commercial Partnerships Specialist (m/w/x)

fixed term: 2 years

Provide operational and commercial support to the B2B Partnerships team, ensuring continuity of customer management, contract execution, internal coordination, and strategic partnership activities. The role is intended to absorb workload, support business continuity, and progressively assume ownership of selected workstreams.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage selected B2B customer and partner activities.
• Coordinate ongoing commercial, operational, quality, regulatory, supply chain and finance topics.
• Monitor contractual obligations, forecasts, purchase orders, deliveries and payment-related actions.
• Prepare customer communications, summaries and tracking tools.
• Drive follow-up of operational and commercial actions across functions.
• Identify risks, escalation needs and contractual implications early.
• Support governance and documentation of key partnerships.
• Gradually assume ownership of defined accounts and workstreams as onboarding progresses.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in B2B account management, business development, strategic partnerships, commercial operations or supply chain/customer management.
• Ability to understand and work with commercial agreements and contractual obligations.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
• Ability to navigate complex cross-functional environments.
• Excellent written communication skills German/English.
• Strong analytical capabilities and structured problem solving.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel priorities with limited supervision.
