Paralegal

Paralegal Location: Basel, Switzerland. Access to global benefits via https://www.lonza.com/careers/benefits What you will do: Preparation of commercial register filings for all Swiss Lonza entities and management of updates (entries, changes, deletions) Support the execution of agreements and commercial documents using DocuSign and wet ink signatures. Invoice processing, vendor creation and special payment requests Collaborate with international law firms and notary offices on Handle the preparation for LPR (Legal Proceedings report) 3x /year Process legalizations, apostilles, and related matters. Conduct legal research to support the legal team's activities. What we are looking for: Solid grasp of legal principles and terms, with a reliable eye for checking documents and catching errors. Ability to translate documents in English & German Skilled at researching cases, managing large amounts of information efficiently, and working with modern office and legal software. Able to prioritize daily tasks, stay organized under tight deadlines, and adapt working hours when urgent matters come up. Completely trustworthy with sensitive and confidential information, supporting clients and colleagues with patience, empathy, and tact.
