We are strengthening our team! In this role as Information Security Officer and Data Protection Advisor, you have the opportunity to decisively support Securiton AG.

What you achieve ##

Information Security

• You maintain and further develop our ISO 27001 certified ISMS and lead projects to expand the scope.
• You identify and assess information security risks and initiate appropriate measures.
• You develop the processes to maintain data and information security and drive the implementation and monitoring of measures.
• You design security awareness measures and further develop knowledge databases, regulations, and process automations.
• You investigate information security warnings and incidents and derive suitable preventive measures.
• You conduct internal audits and prepare the corresponding audit reports.
• You are the internal and external contact person for information security and represent the topic to customers, service partners, and authorities.

Data Protection

• You are the internal and external contact person for data protection and advise the company management and departments on all data protection issues.
• You design and conduct data protection training for all employees.
• You review and assess data protection relevant documents, such as agreements on commissioned data processing.
• You maintain the record of processing activities together with the responsible departments.
• You coordinate internal and external communication in the event of data protection breaches and ensure contact with the responsible authorities.

What you bring ##

• Your completed basic training EFZ (IT, ICT, or commercial) provides the ideal foundation.
• A completed further education as a business informatics specialist and further training in information security complete your profile.
• You have sound knowledge of ISO 27001 and ISO 27002 as well as corresponding qualifications, for example as ISMS implementer or lead auditor.
• Experience in information technology, IT governance, and IT compliance is a valuable plus.
• You bring knowledge and experience in data protection according to Swiss DSG and GDPR, ideally complemented by a qualification as a data protection advisor or data protection officer.
• You work independently, think proactively, and convince with a reliable working style on which our customers can rely.
• You communicate confidently in German and ideally have very good English skills in spoken and written form.
