What you will do:

• Act as a point of contact for on-site and remote IT support, handling incidents, requests, and escalations
• Provide hands-on support for IT hardware (laptops, peripherals, meeting room equipment) and software, ensuring fast and effective resolution
• Classify, prioritize, and route tickets accurately in Jira, following defined processes and SLA targets
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues, escalating to L2/L3 teams when needed and documenting follow-up
• Identify recurring problems and propose long-term solutions, including knowledge base updates and process improvements
• Support onboarding of new colleagues by preparing and delivering IT equipment and access according to defined standards

What you bring & who you are:

• Completed vocational training or degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience, with at least 2 years in IT end-user support and hands-on troubleshooting
• Experience working with ticketing systems such as Jira Service Management or ServiceNow
• Technical knowledge of IT hardware and standard software troubleshooting (Windows, Microsoft 365)
• Strong communicator who can diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
• Ideally, experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune) and familiarity with ITIL processes
• German language skills at C1 level
• Willingness to undergo a PSP (Personensicherheitsprüfung)
• Car and driving licence
