Senior Channel Partner Manager

As a Senior Channel Partner Manager, you will proactively contribute, and lead workpackages to building, driving, and growing an effective channel partner network, and a global channel partner program. By doing so, you will help to increase market reach, accelerate market penetration, generate additional revenue and profit for the Group, and ultimately enhance customer satisfaction. **This is where you'll excel**
* You define with the team missing elements of a next level Channel Partner program framework * You devise, deploy and maintain a structured, coherent, Group-wide 'end-to-end process' for Channel Partner Management, outlining the methodologies, detailed steps, procedures and measurements to achieving the goals of recruiting, onboarding, developing, reviewing, measuring, managing and offboarding channel partners at Bühler * You engage and interact regularly with cross-region, cross-BU, cross-departmental stakeholders$ * You act as Deputy Head of Group Channel Partner Management
**These are the skills you'll need**
* Bachelor or Master degree, or equivalent qualifications in business administration, management, or similar * Min. 5-10 years' experience in managing channel partners in B2B business, preferably in mechanical engineering or plant building industry as well as team-lead or department lead experience * Knowledge of devising 'Go-to-Market' and 'Route-to-Market' strategies, with a particular focus on indirect sales channels * Entrepreneur spirit with a strong ability to network combined with very good communication skills in English
