Your Essentials ###

Experience in basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems (level will vary depending on experience level), ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong communication skills, valid driver's license (may be required depending on the hotel's location and responsibilities).
