Production Supervisor and Production Engineer (f/m) 100%

To support our growing team in Kastanienbaum (Lucerne, Switzerland), we are looking for a passionate and driven Production Supervisor and Engineer to lead our production team.

Your Mission:

As part of our Production organisation, you lead the team and take hands\-on engineering responsibility for how our products are manufactured. Your core responsibilities include:

Organise, coordinate and lead assigned PO departments in line with EASA Part 21GMeasure, monitor and report KPIs for the assigned site; plan capacity against competences and workload while identifying skill training needsEnsure serviceability of facilities, machines, tools and measurement equipmentActing as the technical counterpart to our engineering organisationDefine how products will be manufactured / assembled and drive continuous improvementSupport our Supply Chain and Compliance teams with your expertiseActing as the point of contact for internal and external customers on production matters

Your Profile: What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, an electro\-technical apprenticeship (EFZ), or an equivalent qualification
• Proven experience leading or supervising a small team in a production environment
• Confident and comfortable interacting with internal and external customers
• Entrepreneurial, networked and process\-oriented thinking
• Resilient and steady under pressure, with a high\-quality awareness
• Fluent English communication skills

Your ideal background:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in an industrial environment
• Experience in the production of electronic items, systems and/or components
• Knowledge of the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) standard and its tools
• Experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices or aerospace \& defence
