Job Description ##

Recruitment Coordination & Candidate Management

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple functions and hiring teams.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and support the assessment and selection process.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication.
• Support hiring managers and recruiters with interview logistics, candidate tracking, and recruitment administration.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment documentation, communication templates, and candidate materials.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience by monitoring feedback and identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
• Support talent attraction initiatives and recruitment campaigns to strengthen the employer brand and attract qualified talent.

Recruitment Operations & Reporting

• Manage and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms to ensure data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
• Maintain candidate databases while ensuring compliance with data privacy and confidentiality requirements.
• Produce recruitment metrics, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making and workforce planning.
• Analyze recruitment trends and hiring data to identify opportunities for improving effectiveness and efficiency.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and advanced Excel capabilities to streamline reporting, automate processes, and generate insights.

Administrative & Operational Support

• Process and monitor recruitment-related invoices and vendor documentation.
• Coordinate relationships with external suppliers, recruitment partners, and service providers.
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and recruitment-related communications.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of recruitment activities and processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance standards, and data protection requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working.

The Successful Applicant ##

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, HR administration, or a related area.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong service-oriented mindset.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and HR technology platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong interest in data analytics and digital tools.
• High level of attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
