• Properly empty clothing collection containers.
• Unload collected items onto trucks or roll containers.
• Maintain the vehicle and manage loading containers.

Skills ##

• Strong physical fitness and reliable driving record.
• Ability to adapt flexibly to changing situations.
• Fluent German communication skills are essential.

TEXAID is the leading company for collecting, recycling and marketing used textiles in Switzerland. Annually, TEXAID collects over 32,000 tonnes of used textiles across Switzerland; these are further processed in its own sorting plants in Switzerland and abroad.

DRIVER CAT. B (M / F / D), 100 %, BERN, BÜMPLIZ ##

Your tasks: ###

• Proper emptying of clothing collection containers
• Unloading the collected goods onto the truck or into roll-off containers
• Management of the loading containers
• Representation of TEXAID on the road and in contact with our contacts
• Maintenance of the vehicle

What we expect from you: ###

• Used to physical work and in top shape
• Impeccable reputation as a vehicle driver
• Flexible response to changing situations without losing sight of the exact work process
• Independence, reliability and a strong sense of order
• Fluent communication with contacts in German
• Residence in the immediate vicinity of Bern, Bümpliz

Work start and end is at the car park in Bern, Bümpliz.
