Our client, a well-established trust company based in Geneva, is seeking a Trust Administrator to join its team for a permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the day\-to\-day administration of trusts and related structures.

• Maintain and update trust files, records, and corporate documentation.

• Prepare and review documentation relating to trust administration.

• Assist with KYC, AML, and compliance procedures.

• Liaise with internal teams, banks, external advisers, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Ensure that all administrative tasks are handled accurately and in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1\-2 years of experience in trust administration or a similar fiduciary role.

• Good understanding of trust structures and fiduciary administration.

• Familiarity with KYC/AML procedures and compliance documentation.

• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

• Fluent English; French would be an advantage.

• Available to start immediately or at very short notice.
