Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall coordination and efficient management of the household
• Manage day\-to\-day household administration and operations
• Supervise and coordinate household staff
• Ensure proper maintenance and organization of the property
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers
• Manage hospitality, events, and guest arrangements
• Provide general support to the family
• Act as the main point of contact for all household\-related matters

Profile Requirements

• Proven experience as a House Manager or in a similar role within a private household
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Proactive, flexible, and service\-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English (French is a strong advantage)
• Valid driving license is a plus
