Location: Remote (Switzerland) Workload: 100% Start: By agreement A leading accelerated computing company is looking for a highly technical and strategic Senior Developer Relations Manager focused on healthcare and life sciences. You engage developers and partners to drive adoption of AI and computing platforms across emerging technology domains. Your tasks: You act as technical advisor and ecosystem champion for healthcare and life sciences, collaborating cross-functionally. You demonstrate breakthrough solutions that integrate the technology stack into developer products. You guide technical enablement resources including code samples, documentation and demonstration pipelines. You monitor the European healthcare AI ecosystem to identify growth opportunities and shape adoption strategies. You partner with solution architects, engineering and product teams on developer engagement. You engage partner leadership to solve technical challenges and promote integration best practices. You represent partner feedback to internal teams and inform product roadmaps. Your profile: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience 8+ years of technology industry experience, including 5+ years of direct hands-on work in the relevant ecosystem Proven track record leading developer programmes at major technology companies or healthcare ISVs Significant technical proficiency in healthcare HPC, cloud, AI/ML and vertical-specific frameworks Ability to distill complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences Experience leading technical collaborations including architectural design and code reviews Ability to structure complex engagements and collaborate across sales, legal and product teams Ways to stand out: hands-on experience building healthcare or life-science solutions, familiarity with agent toolkits and inference optimisation, experience with real-time and low-latency decision systems, success building developer communities, and deep knowledge of HL7, FHIR, DICOM and HIPAA/GDPR compliance
