Location: Gränichen Workload: 100% Start: By agreement In this role you manage the SAP S/4HANA Sales application area (SD) for an international group and ensure its reliable day-to-day operation. Your tasks: You manage the SAP S/4HANA Sales application area (SD) and ensure its reliable day-to-day operation. You ensure system consistency and functionality including dependencies and interfaces with other applications, both during rollouts and in daily operations. You support and optimise end-to-end SAP Sales processes across the entire order-to-cash process. You provide third-level support and resolve complex application-related incidents. You evaluate change requests, write technical specifications and implement functional changes approved by the Global Process Owners. You customise the system and maintain the relevant documentation. You prepare and perform functional unit tests, train key users and drive continuous system and process improvements.
